We made an online order on Halloween. The pizza was not ready when we arrived. As we stood there with a few other customers, people started piling in. I could see the orders stacking higher and higher. There were about 6 staff working, and trying their best to make pizzas and take orders while people were yelling, complaining, demanding refunds and walking out while yelling insults. It was not their fault they received more orders in an hour than 6 people could make. They called people who were waiting more than 20 minutes and whipped up their orders first. They did everything they could with the resources they were given. Even though they were so stressed, they gave me a smaller pizza than I ordered and messed up the pizza, I left grateful to have my order. There was some kind of chemical on the bottom of the pan that caused a burn into the pan and a chemical taste throughout the entire pizza. We couldn't eat that one. I never called to complain, we handled it, grateful to have at least on pizza before we had to leave for Halloween. (Even though it was the smaller, messed up one!) I was very pleased today to get an email stating we were given an unrequested refund of our entire order! In a world full of greed, where most businesses only care about the $ and not the customers, that store refunded our money and probably all customers who orders that day--unrequested! No matter how busy they got, they didn't forget about their customers. Just because they had trouble keeping up with the impossible quantity of incoming orders, it does not make them bad. I gave the 5 stars because they never got rude, they stayed nice, they tried their best and they gave full unrequested refunds! Way to go, Papa Murphys/ Arnold!
Zero stars if it was an option. Arnold location sucks! Lost my business forever! Never again! This location has had issues for a while a to see it close down because they clearly don’t care for serving their custopoo. Tried calling to place order, no answer. Son was going to pick up pizzas on way home, I asked him to drive there and see if they were open. While he was heading that way I called location on Big Bend who did answer the phone and was going to take order and payment over phone. My son arrives at Arnold location, goes inside they tell him they are unable to take payment over phone and that they’ve already put away all the food, which according to my son was all put away. So basically they told him they were closed and could not take an order. They close at 7, at this time is was 6:50. I would have sent him to Big Bend to pick up order that they were willing to take over phone but he would not have made it in time of actual closing time of 7. Very disappointing service.

This is the best pizza I have ever bought! All the ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the man who made the pizza was very friendly.

Seems they're pretty light with toppings, especially the sauce, these days. Unfortunate as this has always been my fav pizza
